The Afghan Taliban government has cancelled the visit of a Pakistani government delegation to Kandahar, which was scheduled on Sunday.

The visit, details of which are clearly unavailable until the filing of this story, is shrouded in mystery. Kandahar is the ideological capital of the Taliban movement where its Emir currently resides.
